Mechanical .. Cursor Pause

With Mechanical (ACADM) we have ONE machine where the cursor pauses when run over any Mechanical Object ( ie Welds, Part Balloons, surface Symbols)
Normal AutoCAD objects are not an issue.

We've extracted AutoCAD and MECHANICAL Variables and configs and compared them against unaffected machines.


We're considering doing a Repair-Install but would like to know the problem cause.

Any Ideas ??

Weird !!

Changing RolloverTips from 1 to 0 appears to have resolved the issue ... even though the other installations have RolloverTips set at 1 without a problem.

Hi Kerry,

Do not know if you are referring (or also) to, not seeing the cursor while in this objects (in my case I use MEP 2010 and 2009) or not even getting the tool tip at all, until a next try out.

If it is something similar, don't have an answer... just to live with it...

Maybe compare graphics cards?  Try disabling hardware acceleration, to see if it changes anything?
