i'm having trouble getting the title block borders 1/2" from the edge........what am i missing??.........i'm using CAD 2002 with an HP laserjet 8100dn printer..........any ideas?

Some plotters can plot that close to the edge, other can plot closer.  You need to determine the max. plot size vs. paper size and see how much edge is forced by the plotter.

Go to the plot dialog box, scroll to your plotter under Plot Device, then under Plot settings it will display the max plottable area.
