I have my AutoCad LT98 HEAVILY customized with Macro Icons. -

It occured to me that Perhaps I could do more with Scripts, since LT won't run LISPS without and add on program.

How 'bout it? Can one do more with scripts than macros?

I would say that they both have their place.  I use scripts when I want to perform the same function on multiple drawings and it is quite handy.  I use macros to perform tasks on single drawings.  Scripts are almost like macro.
Really, I think it's up to you, but I do think it's safe to say that Scripts do more than Macros.
