Need sample cover Sheets

Hey guys i'm trying to create a cover sheet for our company and was just wondering what yours look like. I'm looking for the layout and fonts used. Trying to decide how much i want to include. Some ideas are table of contents, abbreviations, general notes, symbols used. can anyone think of anything else?

Our cover sheet includes only a TOC, the client name, and the front elevation of their new home.

Dan,
Take a look here for a file called COVER-STANDARD R0 S1.dwg under Bear..
This is our standard cover sheet. the t-block is attributed.  Have fun.........

thanks keith and bear. we do custom metal and glass stuff so presentation is everything. i've passed this task on to another person in our office who is more presentation oriented as far as using fonts and whatnot. thanks for your input
