Appload in acad 2000
« on: October 25, 2009, 07:48:29 AM »
Hi all,

I just recently installed acad 2000. When I go to tools to load applications, nothing happens...it won't
load. I have worked with r14 and had no problems.  Any advice?

thanks

do you mean the appload dialog doesn't show .. or the selected file from appload won't load. ??

Issue

When you entered APPLOAD on the command line or clicked Tools menu > Load Application, the following error message was displayed:

Unknown Command

Solution

This error may occur if the program is not set to automatically load the ARX files it needs.

To change this setting

1.Click Tools menu > Options
2.Click the Open and Save tab.
3.Under ObjectARX Applications, change the setting Demand load ObjectARX Apps to Object Detect and Command Invoke.
4.Click Apply and then OK.

perhaps it is or has been located off screen...close autocad,
change screen resolution,
reopen acad....appload....find the box...

Or ALT + Spacebar and see if the Restore/Move/Size/Minimize/Maximize/Close dialog pops up somewhere.
