Good morning, hope everyone is doing well.
I have an issue with our plotter that we are using here at work. It is a KIP 2950 model, old as heck. For about a month now I've been getting a Error 21 code flash up on the screen. After this code, the plotter just starts plotting half of the drawings over and over. If I don't go into manager mode and delete out the plot file, it would burn through a whole roll of paper. I have searched the documents that came with the plotter, but there is no mention of a Error 21 code. Has anyone heard of this issue or dealt with it before? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
