Sheet set manager

Not new to CAD, but fairly new to Sheet Set Manager....my problem is when I right click anything in SSM, to edit the titleblock information everything is grayed out, except for "publish"and the "opens"....Is something locked somewhere?  See image below.

Nice; it just happens that I am in the offices of the person posting the question.  I was helping somewhere else in the building when the issue arose. All I did was show them what the various icons (locks and such) that were displayed by Sheet Set Manager meant.  Although I almost like the implication that I might just be omniscient!

Nice.  It was always said that you got quick response when posting to TheSwamp.  Now we do house calls!.  Sweet!   :-)
