Or Tools tab, Edit PGP. (Also Tools menu --> Customize --> Edit Program Parameters)

There seems to be some confusion about what is a "shortcut" and what is an "alias"...   :-)

Shortcuts are in the CUI.  Aliases are in the PGP file.  Not sure which one the OP really wanted...
