How can i re-assing the _.qsave command ??

and by re-assign you mean?  re-assign it to a different alias? say, QS instead of QSAVE?

I wouldn't give any directions either without cautioning first.

second.....
If we can....HOW ?
I don't want to créate a shortcut...I need to REPLACE the command.
or if you prefer....CAN we DISABLE the _.QSAVE command ??

UNDEFINE QSAVE will undefine the core QSAVE, but it can still be accessed by adding a "dot" in front .qsave.  Then you can use lisp to (defun c:qsave ()...) to anything you like.
