Anyone using AutoSketch?
« on: October 24, 2008, 05:43:52 PM »
I know someone who needs five Softdesk Draffix .cad files opened then saved to .dwg file format.  If I sent her over to this site could someone assist her.  She just needs to be able to ultimately view/print the files using DWG Trueview.  Files can be saved in AutoCAD 2000.dwg file format.

Doesn't AutoDesk own Softdesk?

If so, doesn't True Convert do what you want it to?

Does that mean you have AutoSketch 7 or 8?  Those are the only versions that will open a Drafix CAD v3.x/v4 .cad file format.

I'm not sure.  I'd have to check into that.  Thanks.

I checked.  The answer unfortunately is no.  Good idea though.

AutoSketch can export .cad files to .dwg files...
