This should be easy, but I don't do much menu customizing. 

Can someone please help with the following:

(progn (menucmd "P0=ACA.element_id=MnWindow")(menucmd "P0=*"))
I'm trying to pop up the "Window" pull-down menu.

??

I don't know what number your Window-pulldown has, but if it's for instance #10, you can use something like:

(menucmd "P10=*") Open menu #10
