Topic: CutePDF Arch paper sizes

Does anyone know what happened to CutePDF's arch paper sizes? I've been downloading the latest version on a few machines and I can no long print my standard E, D, or any Arch paper sizes.

Anyone know if they no long include these sizes or how I could could add/import them or another program that has them?

CutePDF was simple, PDF Creator has too many options (for my users).

Does it use a PPD file? Cause if so all you have to do is modify it in a text editor.
