Can I recover tmp files to dwg?

Hi,all!
I lost dwg and bak  files , Only find a #av9.tmp . Can I recover it to dwg?

The only file I know that you can get back is an autosave file.  Just change the extension to .dwg, and that works.  I don't know about .tmp files.

no, tmp files won't help you any.

This attachments is the .tmp file . It's made by autocad2002.
I change the extension to .dwg, and recover it. "Recover" command find 99% correct objects , but i don't know how to get them.
