Removing entities from PLOTTER dialog box
« on: April 22, 2008, 12:16:53 PM »
In our company, I am the only user.  When I open the dialog box to plot a drawing, I 'see' all the printers on the network.  I only use my desktop box and would like to remove the printers I don't use.  Is this possible? and if so, how do I go about getting rid of them?
ACAD 2009, single seat.  Thanks.
I did walk through all 6 pages of 'plotter' that came up under a site wide search.  I didn't see this posted.
so, either it is really easy ( and I don't have my Staplestm button handy ), or, this isn't something one should do... any ideas?
I do have my 'DOH!' sound effects ready though...

If you are using PC3 files, then "Hide System Printer" under Options..Plot and Publish should do the trick.
