Publishing and 2009

I can Plot just fine but when I Publish the same drawing with the same setup, I get page 1 on the correct paper size (11 X 17) and all the rest of the pages on letter size.

Anyone else have this problem?

A quick update.  Got a reply from AutoDesk that this is a known problem and they are working on it.  Then they made some suggestions that didn't help, so here we are, right back where we started from!
