C3D Hide Parcel Lines?
« on: April 08, 2008, 07:19:46 AM »
Does anyone know if it is possible to hide parcel lines but still display the labels?  I know this sounds like a bizarre request.  I've got an easement plat that I'm doing and it is bounded by the centerline of a stream on one side, wetlands on the other and a parcel line on the third side.  Obviously, I'd like to use different linetypes on each side rather then a consistant linetype for the parcel boundary.  I tried hiding the layer with the parcel lines but it hides the labels too.  I would just create parcel segments and label them, but I need a closed geometric figure.  Any ideas?

Don't you have a pen color that does not plot or plots white?

Make a style with it & have that style last on the display order list for the Site's parcels.

It's funny that you mentioned the non-plotting color.  That is what I ended up doing!  Thank you!
