Not sure what your problem is but what happens if you issue a PROPERTIESCLOSE command?

Or you could try CTL+1, that's a toggle on/off for the properties dialog box.

or click on the "tools" menu and select "properties"

I try all , I do a reinstall and it work now.

it was my fault

I have install QUICKPIK and the setting was to block floating windows.
It is a check box on the settings.
Ctrl+1 work too .

I had other problem

I lost the LAYER toolbar , the standard one with the set the current layer , open layer mgr , the short dialog box with all the layer, the one to change color, linestyle. etc.


Maybe I drink a lot of DUFF bear :?  :oops:
