copying custom toolbars

hey i've created some custom toolbars and flyouts and would like to share them with some of my coworkers but i'm not sure how to copy from one machine to another. how would i do this? thanks

First look in the Teach Me forum here. This will make transition to other machines much easier. Then you take the menu as well as the dll and either upload it to the server and make everybody load it, or take it to them individually.
