Topic: linetypes not showing up on contour objects

I am using LDT 2007 today and I have a set of contours. I used the layer manager to change the linetype to dashed2. They are all set to linetype by layer. Ltscale is set to 1. properties linetype is set to 0.5. This always worked for me in LDD2000. Is there something new I am missing??

zoom in really really close.  Are you looking for them in a layout or in modelspace.  If modelspace, set LTSCALE to way bigger.  If layout, set PSLTSCALE to 1

I am looking for them in paper space. I am thinking it is something new between 2000 and 2007 because I am doing everything as I did in 2000, but it isn't showing correctly in 2007

I figured but it was worth a shot.  The only other thing that comes to mind is if they are badly out of plane.  Of course, if you have out of plane contours, you have bigger problems than linetype.  If you want to email me a drawing I'll look at it.

you will want to set them in the contour style tab

Terrain>>Create Contours>>you will see contour styles....be sure you are creating them as contour objects, not as polylines
