Thanks for all your help!  I have tried a drawing created in 2005 and saved back to 200, then opened it in 2000iLT it opened no problem!

So that is good enough for me and my boss!

We are now upgrading all of our ACAD 2000's to 2005. But leaving all of the LT's as they are, we have 15 full AutoCAD station these will always have either the latest version or the previous version.

We will just let the LT's go, theya re only used for Engineers to open & print, maybe replace with voloview or somthing if they ever become incomaptible!

I would'nt mind a look at thise batch convertors?!?

And yes it is very young Kenny Dalglish (my football Hero!) just my wee logo fr all forums I am in!

Hmmm.... in the US soccer is the "other" football .... but in every other country it is just plain football .... but then the europeans have rugby ...
