Stoopid Diagonal Lines

ADT2004
When I plot on the HP Laserjet, the print comes out fine.
When I create a pdf, it previews fine, but when I actually create and plot that pdf, it shows up with diagonal lines on 3d objects and mass elements.
How do I fix this?
Is it a driver error?  :-(

What happens when you try to reduce the DPI?

Go from 1200 to 600 dpi.

What are you using to make the PDF??  "CutePDF" works fine for us.
