AH! Thanks much!

If any one can tell me why I am not able to rotate the appearance of the grain, I would greatly appreciate it!

I think this is how you're looking to have it?

When I render it, the grain is still running 90 degrees off of where I want it. I need the grain to run lengthwise in the render.

Like this?

This is how the file looks to me.  What version of Autocad are you using again?

When I got it, it came in as a sort of peach colored solid.

I am using ACAD 2007.

Sorry, I forgot just how DRASTIC the rendering/material handling changes were between 07 and 08... I opened it up in 2007 instead of 2008 this time and made the alterations.  I think something was lost in translation.

I got it to work in 08, but sorry, pal, 07 seems to not want to rotate anything, or supply any means of doing so.  I've never used the standard wood/marble materials though, whenever I had wood materials, I used the standard diffuse map and bump map methods and simply chose wood images for the maps.
