become a student in a class buy it for 150 and take it too work as it is a full commercial license.

In the interest of remaining in full compliance with all licensing issues, it would be prudent to examine all legal ramifications of using any student version of software in a "for profit" venture.

While some licenses do allow this, many do not, and using a student version of software in a business may open the business up to legal scrutiny.

Just be sure that you are able to use the software in that manner and you should be ok.
