I've been waiting for a quote on some software upgrades and new purchases since early last week. All of this started on Feb. 8th but the guy I'm dealing with at Bentley is definitely not making me happy. My boss is bugging ME for this quote, which makes me even more unhappy. I called in a few times today and finally got in touch with a real person. He tells me that they're closed for some holiday ( ? ) today and that he's just in getting some work done. He did tell me that he'd put this note on our sales rep's desk, but still... I'm not happy.
Has anyone else had communication problems with this company?
