Just as an FYI, Acad doesn't delete toolbars anymore.  They are just inactive until you turn them back on.  I can't remember if they changed this in Acad2000, or 2002?

But I believe if you drag a toolbar button from one toolbar to another, it will delete it from the first one unless you hold the crtl(or shift) button down while you do it.
