( C3D ) Automatically hatch figures during FBK import?

Is there any way to do that?  For example, when a closed CONCRETE figure gets created, is there any way of having C3D automatically throw that CONC hatch on the figure?

I know about the "Lot Lines" option, which creates parcels.  This might be one way.  But I haven't been able to figure out how to control the style of parcel that gets created.  So I can't figure out how to get, for example, a CONC figure to turn into a CONC parcel automatically.  Plus, parcels seem a bit heavy-handed, when all I want is the hatch pattern.  I don't really want something that will start splitting into pieces if certain other things cross it, like Parcels do.
