Set attribute values without opening drawing
« on: August 12, 2023, 04:19:20 PM »
I am tring to change attribute values without opening drawing. Found Lee's solution here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/49403564/how-to-change-attribute-of-block-using-objectdbx

its not working in my case. Showing error -

The drawing "C:\Users\vincent.r\Desktop\PROJECT FOLDER\23356\20230811\ST0478_E4056-13.dwg" was not found or could not be accessed.

Thanks in advance
Vincy

Did your filename look like this "C:\\Users\\vincent.r\\Desktop\\PROJECT FOLDER\\23356\\20230811\\ST0478_E4056-13.dwg" ie have dbl backslash.

Try using LeeMac's Batch Attribute Editor...
you only need to open one drawing so you pick the block...
