what is the fastest quickest way to create a slide library of all blocks details and notes   .. . where you can drag them into your drawing when you need it?

There are some other utilitys on that also. That is if it is still there.

Look for their symbol manager under toolpac subsets....nice!
Also try:
http://www.caddtechconsulting.com and check out Template! block manager there.
The first is more powerful and the second is quick and easy to use.

Not to take anything away from AVCAD's post, but Blockwerx beats every one that I've tried.  (and I've tried a lot of them)  Hendie will also vouch for them.

Not saying that Blockwerk is bad or anything I never enven used it. I was giving another option thats all. Slide Factory is prety easy too. You type in SLDFAC and then select one drawing the directory where the drawings are that you want slides of. It will run through every drawing in that directory. Simple enough I think. It does the job and I dont have to do much.
