What / Where do I adjust colors?

When I print colors to a Canon i2850 color printer, the 'magenta' in AutoCad prints out as DARK purple & the 'Green' in AutoCad prints out as DARK green.

Where do I adjust this?

I know in the plot style table editor you can adjust the screening percentage to adjust color/grays but I'm not sure if that's your problem.  

Do you have software associated with your printer?  Maybe there's an adjustment there.
