I need very difficult CAD related / civil engineering related challenges.  I have no ideas and google, for the first time, has appeared to make itself useless (perhaps I should have tried bing). 

If anyone would be willing to share difficult problems you've been able to solve I'd be very grateful.  The purpose is to create a challenge/reward game/program in the company I work for.

I've thought about it some and I think I want to propose that we keep it light-hearted...we deal with stressful junk all day long, always under pressure 5 days a week, our entire life.  Think I might propose that we go for creative things... like...

if a wood chuck would chuck wood, demonstrate how far he'd chuck it. you can answer via picture, mathematically, creatively. Live demonstrations are acceptable as well.

Would be judged by a team and the most thought out, creative answer would win
