Draw the Easement

If there is not a typo in the description, the easement is 7.5'x15' located at the westernmost corner of the lot depicted.

The easement is 7.5' wide parallel to the northwestern property line, and 7.5' away from that line. Come in 7.5' from the northernmost line and take then the southern 7.5' of that total 15' wide area.(You have a 15' strip parallel to the North (Northwesterly) line. Taking the southern 7.5' of that parcel = the easement.)
