Multiple point styles

Is it somehow possible to use different point styles (besides each other) in 1 drawing?

No, that is not possible. Using shapes may be an alternative. The advantage of shapes over blocks is that you can only snap to the insertion point of shapes. With blocks you can also snap to the nested geometry.

Yep, with shapes you could effectively make your own SHP/SHX file with some custom shapes. Or even duplicate letters from an existing SHP font as shapes in a new SHP.

The only issue I have with shapes is that I can't directly use them in Divide/Measure as I can with Blocks/Points. But it's probably a really minor lisp to convert one to the other.
Common sense - the curse in disguise. Because if you have it, you have to live with those that don't.

... nesting a shape in a block will also work.
