Has anybody been working with this yet?

I'm building a dxf/xml library tool and wondering if vanilla autocad will be able to eventually read / import these.

short answer is no.  Real question is what is it?
Everyone has a photographic memory, Some just don't have film.
They say money can't buy happiness, but it can buy Bacon and that's a close second.
Sometimes the question is more important than the answer. (Thanks Kerry for reminding me)

Its the new exchange file format is using. I think currently Revit, Civil3D, AutoCAD MEP and Inventor can read it.

Basically, it's a compressed (zip) file with a bunch of xml and manifests similar to a dwf file.

I know that Carlson Civil running on ACAD or ICAD imports & writes LandXml files.
