XREF HELP...

I have a bunch opf xrefs loaded from the arch but they are overlayed...I need to switch them to being attached but I do not want to detatch and reattach...is there a way of doing this????

Hey AV,

I am not sure you can switch between them but you could freeze or lock the xref'd drawings. Is that a possibility?

I also have a routine for locking or freezing xred'd layers in a drawing if you are interested?

Are you serious...how did I never now this!!

AHHHH....DO you know how much time I wasted on friday detaching xrefs and reataching them....

Wow this will save me so much time in the future!!

Oh dam!

I knew that,I was thing on unload, sorry

Like I said, the routine I have locks all xref layers.

Not specific this post but nonetheless very useful for someone that uses xrefs a lot

2 HOURS I WISH!!  :shock:

It was on a Huge Project 63 Main Xref files with atleast 10 Xrefs each. It more like 6 hours.

At 24 you really should now all the guys I listed, you wouldn't have seen them play (just a little bit too young) but never the less all four are great names.

Bjorn Borg, Jimmy Connors, Ivan Lendl surely you've heard these great tennis names -
