BROKEN dims, leaders with text....

Is there a command which task broken leader and text, and places it back together?

and or

is there a way to attach a leader to an exisiting text so that when you stretch or move the text... the leader follows....

and


what about broken diminsions. a way to reblock exploded dims to normal dims?

PullDownMenu: Express -> Dimension -> Leader Tools -> Attach Leader to Annotation
