BTW, that sort of crash is caused by drivers.  I would suspect your video card drivers as the most-likely culprit.

Are you using video cards that are approved for use with Autocad 2007?  The graphics requirements jumped in 2007.  Also, make sure you have the correct drivers installed.  Most nVidia graphics cards want the 9136 drivers.

Thanks. Yeah, I realize it's telling me there's a driver problem. I also realize that Windows isn't smart enough to figure out everything and often lies to you.

We have another PC with the exact same video & driver & it seems to work fine.

But not everything is the same between both machines. Monitor, keyboard, and mouse are different, while all else is identical.

Installed software isn't exactly the same however. I'm unsure about BIOS settings being the same, & I'll have to compare them and see.

Anyhow, I've updated all the drivers, including Mobo, whenever newer ones were available. What I really suspect is Windows OS corruption, as it's not always running Autocad when it crashes.
