Dimension not ghosting ?

Came across this annoying little problem, When layer 0 is turned off one of my dimstyles wont ghost when
linear or aligned dimensioning.
Something to do with layer 0 but only some dimstyles behave (wont ghost) like this, maybe some sys. variable or dim setting ?
see attached drawing.

any thoughts..

It seems to be working for me.  Sorry but not sure what to tell you.  The infamous IT answer...  Have you tried rebooting your machine  :-D

Thanks for testing luke, still have the problem this end . have tried rebooting , no luck
I can work around it. (leave layer 0 on when dimensioning)
just one of those quirks i guess.

I had a quick look too and it was ghosting for me also, although the dim scale settings were HUGE :)

My dimscale is set to 1. or do you mean , see pic

Yep, that's the one and on the 'fit' page the o/all dimscale is set to 800!

Just checked my Ltscale is set to 800, this shouldn't effect dims ??
