(Microstation) linestyle representation

For some reason, my line styles are represented properly in the base file, but not in the sheet it's referenced into. These are custom styles sent to us by IDOT, not part of the original 8. It's not the level symbology in the 'view attributes' - I have that checked off. Any ideas out there, O gurus of MicroStation?

Sorry Kindra. Most of my linestyle "magic" happens with the symbology (clients orders)
