Leader with Tag

Can someone help me out with a lisp the uses a leader and it has a tag attached at the end ot the tail. The tags are attributes. Can the lisp please apply the leader to this layer (A-Anno-Note)?

Are you still looking for one?  I have a routine that will draw a leader and insert a block at the end of the leader.  I can post mine plus my symbols.  You can then modify the code to suite your needs.
