typically that is just before the letter that is underlined

thats what a coworker of mine said it was for in vba but its the same in the mns. so you can type in say m and it would go to say move if that what it was assigned to. i think i get it. doesn't help me in 2006 though but that's another story thanks

It makes that letter a "hot" key. So you should be able to just hit "m" in &move to activate it.
