How to extract the paths of source files for items in palettes
« on: October 29, 2007, 11:46:03 AM »
Hello all,

I want to recreate our palettes but am looking for a quick way of extracting the sources for the existing items. I know I can get this from propeties field but I have alot and am looking for a quicker way of doing it. Has anybody done something like this and could throw something together quick and dirty. Thanks

Im sorry, i dont understand your question at all.

I dont fully understand the meaning of your first statement; could you explain that again? What/where is the ``properties field''?

Sorry Se7en rushing too much. Let me be more specific. When you right click a palette icon and go to properties. What I would like is the contents in the source file field. It would be nice to extract the palette name and group the items from each palette together in the text file but this sounds a little complicated.

IT's an XML format file.  Do a search for XML parsing code . . ..
