Title: How would you handle this?

Details:
 - Multiple AutoCAD drawings with text entities
 - Text entities in question represent telephone pole numbers
 - Text entites in question are on their own layer
 - Pole numbers are exclusive to each drawing
 - Job Note repairs for every pole number

Objective:
 - Create BOM style table on each dwg (Pole#/Job Note)
 - Create Access database containing Pole#/Job Note
 - Bi-directional functionality between dwg and database

I am not asking for code, I'm just knocking around ideas for ways to accomplish this. I have something like this already in palce, but I'm looking for fresh ideas.

I think you have a good idea of what to do already. You have everything set up well and you know what to do.

Not very well!
I'd probably just jump off the building and end it all. Then I wouldn't have to worry about stuff like that.  :lol:
