Title: Command that enables Drag on labels

What is the command that enables the drag on a 3D label once you click the square blue box?

I was looking around to see if i could write something that would enable that command so i do not have pick the blue box every time. Just pick part of the label and then the drag state is activated.

Hey I don't think there is one, the grip edit actions don't have a command as such.
I can't see the property availbile to lisp either.
Possibly .NET

Shame I'd like to automate or semi-automate label placement too.

You may find this tool in the Sincpac useful when creating labels...it allows you to automatically drag them and to use a different style depending on the direction it is being dragged:
