Title: Get the X,Y,Z coordinates of a point cloud in C3D.

From an ACDBPOINTCLOUDEX object (cloud of points ) in C3D obtain the X,Y,Z coordinates.

A ZIP example with the RCP and RCS files is attached.

I believe you would have to step up to ARX in order to do this.  I think it has a callback that is missing from the .NET API, I forget it's name.  The 'desk needs to publish the binary format of the .RCS format and quit playing these proprietary format games.  They tried that in the DWF <> PDF war and lost miserably, RCS has no chance of becoming mainstream as long at it's protected this way.  Besides that, several organizations have already picked it apart.
