Title: Help to combine this code in one lisp

I am attaching a code here, I used this to mark arrows with ordinate dimension. Is it possible to make this as a lisp, so as no need to copy and paste in the command line again and again.One more thing , How can i make this to or modify to reduce the Decimal place.Like I need only 0.0 and not 0.000 as the result is displayed.
