Title: Is it possible to delete block visibility state via VLA instead of BEDIT command

Is it possible to delete block visibility state via VLA instead of BEDIT command?
Now I have to use BEDIT command to remove them and it takes quite a while to Enter and Quit Block Editor.

Without going into the block editor or using .NET I don't believe VLA has the capability to do what you are seeking.
