Title: Rotating stationing

I have an alignment that basically runs north-south. I've used the company label style, but since we are starting on the north end I need the text rotated 180 about the tick. I've tried every multiple of 90 degrees in the rotation angle, but its always the wrong way or perp with the align. The preview is what I would like, but my stationing is 180 out

What am I doing wrong?

Look at the other GENERAL TAB and check to see if your label is set to be Plan Readable

also verify its Anchor Point and Anchor Component
