Title: Sketch drawing

Does anyone know how this sketch look is created? What software may have been used? Any freebie or trial versions I might look into? I don't believe this can be achieved in AutoCAD/Civil 3d.

Under visual style, look at sketchy.

Thanks that's a good start. I'll have to play around with it to see if I can mimic the previous example.
