Title: How to select sub entity of another sub entity for processing?

Hello Community,
I have to give continues dimensions to blocks, these blocks are part of another block (blocks inside block) & this main block is in xref.
Xref-->main block-->blocks ( I have to give dimensions for)
How can i get insertion point of these blocks & give continues dimensions in a single command?
