Title: QGIS dxf export labeling points
Post by: dubb on June 09, 2017, 05:10:05 PM
If anyone here uses QGIS. Have you tried exporting points to a .dxf file? I cannot seem to get the labels along with the points. What I get is points on a layer named as the label. Also, is there any other csv to dxf conversion tool that anyone would recommend?

when using QGIS, I would suggest export the points to CSV from C3D

then in QGIS  there is an Add Layer from delimited text function to place the points in your QGIS project.

IF you are taking points from QGIS to C3D, then I suggest export to SHP file instead, the attributes will come along for the ride.
